As part of National Aboriginal Day, Louse Halfe will be speaking on behalf of The University of Saskatchewan at 9:30am. Following her speech, there will be a Walk for Reconciliation event and traditional games, dances and art at Wanuskewin Heritage Park. The event is a collective effort by the community to recognize and respect the Aboriginal People, and to help to allow their traditions which are sovereign to the land there to be brought forward as time moves on.
