A retired History professor from UW-Manitowoc has announced that he will be a candidate for the 25th district State Assembly seat in Madison.

Kerry Trask tells this morning he filed his nomination papers with the Wisconsin Elections Commision in Madison, ahead of Monday’s 5pm deadline. Trask, a Democrat, said he received 370 valid signatures on his nominating petition in just 3 days.

He will challenge Republican Incumbent Paul Tittl in the November 3rd election.
