
On Friday, June 23rd, 12pm-1pm, BEI Emeritus Fellow Regie Gibson will be performing Spoken Word Poetry in the lower level of the African Meeting House at the Museum of African History. Gibson will be following a talk by National Park Ranger and education activist, Ryan McNabb. Nelson has performed in the U.S., Cuba, and Europe, and is a National Poetry Slam Champion, the event is not to be missed. Tickets can be purchased for $10 dollars, and $5 for MAAH members.
