ALTOONA, Pa. — Todd Davis, professor of English and environmental studies at Penn State Altoona, has been nominated by two different literary magazines for the Pushcart Prize this year. The journal “Chautauqua” nominated Davis’ poem, “A Map,” and the journal “Natural Bridge” nominated his poem, “As the Mountain Grows Dark.”
The Pushcart Prize is an American literary award that honors the best poetry, short fiction, and essays published over the previous year in magazines and journals.
