Liam Heneghan, BEI Resident Scholar Advisor and author of Beasts at Bedtime: Revealing the Environmental Wisdom in Children’s Literature, will be presenting a program for the Chicago Audubon Society. The program will be about the environmental underpinnings of children’s stories and discuss how classic children’s stories can provide a complete guide to environmental literacy. The event is Tuesday, September 11 at 7:00pm at the North Park Village Nature Center. Everyone is welcome!
